In the last 12 months 1 in 6 Australian adults have not had enough to eat. Foodbank currently feeds over 1 million people, per month. The long lasting knock on effects of the  COVID-19 pandemic  has seen more people than ever being unable to provide for themselves and their families. When it comes to Australian children, the picture is even more alarming. Today, it is more likely for a child to have experienced food insecurity than an adult. 1.2 million children have experienced hunger in the past 12 months.

 As a longstanding partner of Foodbank Australia and the Key Staples Program, Sodexo supports Foodbank’s critical work through volunteering and fundraising which has contributed over 370,000 meals for people in need over the past 5 years.

A $50 donation will allow Foodbank to source $250 worth of food for children and families experiencing hunger and facing continuing hardship. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated and will make a big difference in our local communities.
