Community Food Programs Assistant
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of FBV’s pop-up food program events which aim is to distribute ambient and fresh, healthy produce to disadvantaged communities through retail-style stores, community markets, mobile buses and other pop-up events.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of accounting functions, with a particular focus on creditors. Working closely with the broader Finance team you will learn, contribute and assist with a range of finance functions and projects.
The ICT Manager will ensure the smooth operation of ICT in alignment with the business objectives of Foodbank Victoria. Working closely with external providers and internal departments you will design, plan, direct, coordinate and implement ICT-related projects and programs, as well as provide direction and support for all operational activities of the ICT department.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Logistics Manager to step in and play an integral role in shaping our logistics network through an exciting time of change and growth.
Working in a friendly team you will be primarily responsible for the preparation of orders for dispatch – sorting, moving and storing of warehouse items along with general maintenance and administrative tasks associated with the role.
Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator
This part-time paid position is responsible for coordinating, engaging, and supporting our valuable volunteer team. You will play an integral part in communicating with our network of volunteers, organising volunteer activities, volunteer recruitment and induction and engaging corporate volunteers and their organisation in the vital work we do and why their support is so important. You will be the link between our volunteers and food relief for Victorians in need.
We partner with the Victorian Department of Education and Training to provide food and support to schools so they can deliver breakfast clubs and provide lunches and school holiday food supplies for students in need. This position works with the program team to ensure that participating schools receive guidance, resources and food to successfully deliver our programs.
